  • PICKUP Policy

    • All Order's must be picked up at the PITCH location it was ordered from in 5 buisness days, by the end of business hours.
    • If the order is not picked up, PITCH reserves the right to place the product back into inventory with a 25% restocking fee.
    • The remaining amount will be placed on a gift card and held for the person to pickup within 14 buisness days.
    • If the gift card is not picked up, the person forefit's his or her refund.
