- Person ordering and paying for the product must complete pickup, or inform PITCH BOOZEBANK at the time of Pickup who will be picking up the order.
- Person picking up the order MUST BE 21 with a valid Government issued ID.
- PITCH Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

PICKUP Policy
- All Order's must be picked up at the PITCH location it was ordered from in 5 buisness days, by the end of business hours.
- If the order is not picked up, PITCH reserves the right to place the product back into inventory with a 25% restocking fee.
- The remaining amount will be placed on a gift card and held for the person to pickup within 14 buisness days.
- If the gift card is not picked up, the person forefit's his or her refund.
